It is absolutely abhorrent that Uber is refusing to co-operate with authorities in the investigation of a sexual assault by one of its drivers. Uber has a moral obligation to be socially responsible, including aiding in criminal investigations. What will it take to get Uber to be grown up and responsible in this matter? This is not the first instance of its kind world wide and Uber should have protocols in place based on previous incidents. What do we need to do to compel Uber to act? Boycott nationally? Regionally?

May 3 report po ako sa mistimed trip ko e ang kaso po iniistart trip ko tapos kinacancel ko tapos pipiliin ko ung do not charge rider kase po d ko maioffline ung uber ko kase nag loloko net ko at gusto ko na ho umuwi o sabihin na natin pong hindi dahil dun sa iba kong pasahero na naisasakay ko hindi po ako nag iistart trip agad lalo na kung wala pa ung pasahero ko. Nakakainis at napaka unfair malay nyo ung ibang report pantitrip lng pala minsan lng nmn ako bumiyahe tapos ganun pa part time lng po matanda o bata saken nirerespeto ko dahil pasahero ko sila. Anh hirap po kase pag napupunta ka sa lugar na walang signal.

Dear UBER,
One of our guest left his bag with valuables inside the vehicle of Mr. Benson Tolentino. He assured our guest that he will be bringing the bag here in the hotel but then upon waiting and calling for your driver, he said he surrendered the bag at your head office in Greenfield Mandaluyong which is not what they have agreed.
We were also trying to call Mr. Tolentino but he refuse to cooperate which is not an UBER standard.
May we know if the bag is at your office?

They can give the access of their Uber Account sa inyo and you can use it pero hindi updated ang profile at banking details. Better to just create a new account and enroll their car to your new account. Then let them email Uber to request na itransfer sa inyo yung vehicle and idelete sa luma nilang account.

Hi uber yesterday my husband and my brother booked a ride and your driver made us wait quite too long. And the bad part there is he havent picked us up yet pero nag on trip na siya kahit si pa kami nakakasakay until we looked for a loading station kami pa nag initiate to communicate with him. Ang tagal naming nag hihintay sa kanya siya pa ang galit. AT HANGGANG NGAYON HE KEPT ON TEXTING US KAYA WE TOLD HIM WE WILL REPORT HIM TO UBER, BUT HE DOESN’T SEEM TO CARE OR GET BOTHERED INSTEAD NAGHAHAMON PA SIYA NA MAGDEMANDA PA KAMI IF WE WANT. What kind of behavior is that? We are looking for a contact no. Of uber but we couldn’t find one para ma narrate namin itong nagyare. We are so disappointed. Napaka walang modo ng driver niyo at napaka harsh and harrassing ayaw tumigil kaka nag at text sa asawa ko! We regularly take uber monday to sunday and this really made us think the service is a bit of poor because of ill mannered driver like this one. I once reported an incident and now another bad incident happened.

Uber still accepts sign ups. Uber will activate you within 24-48 hours if you submit the required docs. Submit the requirements so when LTFRB resumes the applications, maipapasa agad ni Uber yung requirements nila. Here’s a step by step guide on how to be an Uber Partner.
