driver here done online application and uploaded all the requirements on boarding via a partner account. all my uploaded doc was active but still my status is still on boarding. Is there a nearest satellite/event that i can go to. My place is in Marikina thanks and God Bless

You can also Check if your account is activated, try to login sa Uber Partner Driver App. If makalogin na yung driver sa Uber Partner Driver App, ok na., you can go online and accept trips.
Make sure you 1) have submitted complete TNVS requirements 2) have an active driver who have attended onboarding (this can be you if you’re a Partner-Driver) 3) have an active vehicle in your account.

i have submitted all 3 requirements thru online.. i have a problem with my drivers license. when i renew my drivers license in LTO last month i only got the official receipt as temporary license not the actual cards. my question is do UBER MNL accept OFFICIAL RECEIPT AS TEMPORARY LICENSE because here in the philippines LTO had problem in releasing CARDS if Yes why did UBER didnt accept my TEMPORARY LICENSE?

I have reported an incident of UberPool rider mismatch and being charged double the initial price I had with UberPool. Before booking, the price was at P144 then when I dropped off, the driver’s app calculated P262. I thought UberPool’s fare is fixed. This was very frustrating especially that on this trip I was matched with a rider whose destination was Marikina and I was just supposed to be dropped off in Ortigas. I have already sent several emails within the last 5 days but I did not get any response, as of this post. Very disappointing. I feel ignored and not valued. Worst customer service ever! How can I go about this?

I was very disappointed this night about your fees I was charged too much! My original fare was 342 and your driver asked me to pay for 342 since I have to pay for 142 pesos only. You are simply a fraud for me and very misleading to your clientele this is the name, Christopher of Mitsubishi Advernture colored white with silver lining on the side. Also how come that your driver a while ago by the name of Arby charged me with a cancellation fee since he was the one who cancelled my trip? This is so much absurd you have done this to me several times already. Why are you not doing some legal actions on this wrongdoings of your drivers and your company as well?

Good day, my name is Reynold Tristan Paredes I signed up in Uber way back 2013 and attended seminar in Cubao at 5th floor Gateway mall to be a member and get onboard with Uber. Good afternoon, I have questions
1. Ano pong oras ng cut-off ng daily trip for incentives kasi po nag drive ako start 12:01 am – 5:00am (Friday) then continued to drive ng 9:30pm – before 11:59pm but according to my pay statement nag kahiwalay ang pay statement ko ng 12-4 (pasok as thursday) tapos 4am-11pm ko friday. ano po ba ang cut-off ng daily trip. I planned to hit kasi yung incentive per day lumalabas hindi ko sya na hit according to my pay statement.

I stumbled upon your website as I am searching for a link or info on how I can submit an incident report about our recent ride just yesterday.
I know the site seems more focus on people who wanted to have Uber as business or as part time monetary income, but I am kinda desperate and frustrated as I haven’t received any feedback yet. I have tried support@uber.com and even clicked and submitted my concern on HELP option on the uber app but to no avail.
Here is my situation:
“I booked my pool at 131 PHP however after we got into our destination the fare reached to 346 PHP, this was the first time I experienced it in all of my rides with uber as well as with your fixed price policy. As per checking the route, the driver took a longer one and even went in circles just to get the second passenger. We got a fare of 346 PHP while the second rider only had 64 PHP wherein in fact we took longer time just to get to the 2nd rider, the toll was on us just because we were the first one who rode the car. I think this is not so fair.
I also think, though I may be wrong, another factor that affected to the fare was the Driver took a while to negotiate with the Traffic Enforcer as he had a violation of betting the red light while we were on trip. can you please check on this as i would also like to demand a refund.”
